As Iconoculture’s senior vice president of finance and administration, Holly has been responsible for directing all of Iconoculture's financial, administrative and legal activities since 2004. From November 2002 to February 2004, Holly directed the company's financial activities in a strategic consulting role. Prior to joining Iconoculture, she was vice president of finance at Techies.com. From 1998 to 2001, Holly served in a variety of strategic financial roles for Techies.com, and she was responsible for the strategic acquisition of $7 million in lease financing for the company. Holly joined Techies in December 1998 as director of finance.

From 1994 to 1998, Holly was the director of finance and systems for InStent, a medical device manufacturer, where she managed all of the financial activity for the company, overseeing the IPO of $40 million in 1995 and co-managing its subsequent merger in 1996 with Medtronic. From 1990 to 1993, Holly worked at St. Jude Medical as finance manager coordinating financial activities for the U.S., Puerto Rican and Canadian Heart Valve Division. Prior to that, she served in a variety of financial positions at Control Data Corporation and Norwest Banks (now Wells Fargo).

Holly is a certified management accountant, and she holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting, both from the University of Minnesota.
